Please book as much in advance as possible to reserve your preferred appointment time and to discuss any special needs or questions you may have with regards to your booking.
In order to set-up our therapist will arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment time. Depending on the particular requirements of your treatment please ensure that the therapist has access to good lighting, hot water, power supply, and sufficient space for a therapy table or party set up and treatment..
Before your first treatment you will be asked for a brief medical history as certain health conditions might be contra-indications to some treatments.
We require parental permission for any client under the age of 18.
In the interest of both client and therapist safety, we reserve the right to refuse a treatment if we deem inappropriate or contraindicated for services.
There is a minimum service charge of $80per person
Please add hotel parking fees to your total (unless parking can be validated with no cost).

Appointments are available 7 days a week between 9am - 9pm(10pm Summer months) and by special appointment.

We travel to Greater Orlando, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Avalon / Thornton Park, Kissimmee, Reunion, Champions Gate, 4 Corners and the OIA Airport area
Services are payable by Cash, major credit and debit cards. We do not charge tax on our services, however we do implement an 18% gratuity for all corporate events for our spa team. Deposits are as follows:$50 for private and $100 for small corporate events, up to 50% for large events. Payment is made at the time of booking so we do require debit or credit card details to guarantee your reservation. In addition , for spa and pamper parties balances will be collected on the event date, prior to your event unless STATED OTHERWISE .
Leaving gratuities for job well done is always appreciated but never mandatory except for corporate events. We are able to add any gratuities to your debit or credit card charges, but they can also be paid in cash.
-Mobile Spa Services
We apply a strict cancellation policy due to the nature of our (appointment based) business and as consideration to our team. We contract our spa professionals based on total services to be performed. If you schedule/confirm services and fail to cancel those services within 24 hours, you will be charged for the services confirmed!
A deposit will be charged at the time of the booking and is not refundable if cancellations are made less than 72 hours prior to the appointment time.
Should you need to cancel your appointment and give us more that 72 hrs For Parties and corporate events) & 24 hours notice (a la CARTE services) the deposit fee for your booking will be refunded.
Fees for appointments booked within the same day are not refundable.
