At Mobile Spa Services, we believe self-care is essential to living a happy and healthy life. That’s why we offer a variety of luxurious spa services designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and unwind. Our mission is to provide a peaceful, tranquil environment where you can leave your worries behind and focus on yourself.
Booking Information
To ensure you receive your preferred appointment time and to discuss any special needs or questions, we encourage you to book as early as possible.
Our therapists will arrive 30-60 minutes prior to your appointment to set up, depending on your party size. For the best experience, please provide:
• Good lighting
• Access to hot water and a power supply
• Ample space for a therapy table or party setup
Intake Form
Before your first treatment, you’ll be asked to complete a brief medical history form. This ensures we can safely provide services tailored to your needs, as certain health conditions may contraindicate some treatments.
• Clients Under 18: Parental permission is required for all minors.
• Safety First: In the interest of safety, we reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed inappropriate or contraindicated.

Mobile Spa Services Policy
Minimum Call-Out Fee
• A minimum service fee of $120 per person applies.
• Hotel Parking Fees: Please add hotel parking fees to your total unless parking can be validated at no cost to our team.
Availability of Services
• Appointments are available 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (extended to 10:00 PM during summer months) and by special appointment.
• Our Customer Service/Appointment Desk is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

• Service Areas: We travel to Greater Orlando, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Avalon/Thornton Park, Kissimmee, Reunion, Four Corners, Davenport, Champions Gate, and surrounding areas.
Payment Policy
• Accepted Payment Methods:
• Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards.
• No Additional Fees:
• No tax or credit card processing fees are charged.
• Deposits:
• $50 for private events.
• $100 for small corporate events.
• Up to 50% for large events.
• Payment Timing:
• Payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
• Spa and pamper party balances will be collected on the event date prior to your event unless stated otherwise.
Gratuity
Gratuities for a job well done are not included but always appreciated. You may:
• Add gratuities to your credit/debit card charges.
• Pay gratuities in cash directly to your spa team.

Cancellation Policy
We apply a strict cancellation policy due to the nature of our business and as consideration to our team. We schedule our spa professionals based on total services you confirm at the time the appointment is reserved.
SINGLE APPOINTMENTS
The full service fee will be charged when the appointment is reserved and is non refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. A Full refund will be issued for appointments made within 24 hours.
CORPORATES EVENTS, GROUP EVENTS, MASSAGE PARTIES, and SPA PARTIES:
We require at least 72 hour advance notice for appointment cancellation to receive a full refund. Unless the appointment is scheduled within 72 hours of your event. In those instances we require a 24 hour cancellation for full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the event total. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged the full appointment fee. Please understand that others could have scheduled that appointment time that was reserved for your spa day event. When you cancel an appointment, the cancellation creates a loss for our business and will cover our spa teams loss of time and revenue. Thank you for your understanding.
