 Muscle penetrating massage with moderate to deep pressure application designed to get into the connective tissue of the body, rather than just the surface muscles. When a massage therapist performs deep tissue, he or she uses a variety of techniques to deeply penetrate the muscles loosening them and releasing tension.

This massage incorporates the soothing, gentle strokes of swedish massage with the targeted, deeper pressure of deep tissue to address both surface level and deeper muscle issues.
